Anna holds a PhD in law and a Master's in psychology, and has spent over two decades working with leadership teams across mining, steel, medical, education, and other highly regulated sectors globally. Her practice sits at the intersection of behavioural economics, neuroscience, and People & Culture strategy — a combination that is rare in theory and rarer still in practice.
Most People & Culture interventions fail not because they are poorly designed — but because they address what is visible rather than what is real. What looks like a people problem is almost always a systems and design problem. And what looks like a systems problem almost always has its roots in how the brain has been conditioned to think, decide, and act.
